    • First, sign up for a DUPR Assessment session using the link below.

    • Play for 30 minutes while the coach takes notes.

    • You will be given a rating using 64 standardized metrics.

    • This rating will be communicated to you after the session along with feedback on areas for improvement to rise to the next level!

    • The rating is then submitted to DUPR and will be effective immediately as your provisional rating for use in all DUPR rated events.
